This is the second release on Fenix Fire Records for Xerosorex. And it is also the first artist to have a second EP released on our label. Xerosorex is a real master of the knobs of that good old Roland 3o3! He's stile is a mixture between acid and a slow 4 by 4 drumkick step. New Beat with a very strong acid flavour! Let's talk about this release. "They Come" is the first here. A dark intro sets the atmosphere right, followed with a repetitive high tones synth untill the break. On the break a lead synth is added to transport you back to the dark eighties! This is music to give yourself the shivers. This EP continues with "Chronomance". A deep moogsounding synth disturbs the starting pitch, and being followed be more disturbing patterns! That drumkick keeps the track heading forward. Your floor will be freaked out, and they will love it! "Backward" is again a dark and deep sounding gemm. Against a very strong drumkick, stands a very uplifting acid line. This will keep your dancefloor going for hours and hours. We finish this EP with it's title track "Haunted Area". Well, al previous tracks may be as haunted as this one. Altough it starts a little cheesy, this is realy dark mather. If you are not a believer in ghoststories, at least after hearing this you will think twice. This track has a heavy dark mood, but still a excellend floorfiller! A strong drumkick, acidlines bleeding and synth perfectly in sync. A dark diamand, a masterpiece of the underworld. Or as Alfred Hitchcock could suggest : this is music to be murded by! This are killertracks. Floorfillers. Setting your floor on fire!
